Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
December 12, 2022 - January 15, 2023
In Azure Data Fundamentals, you will describe analytical workloads and work with relational and non-relational data on Azure. Before taking this course, you should have a foundational knowledge of core data concepts and how they are implemented using Microsoft Azure data services. Microsoft Excel Certification Course
January 16 - February 12, 2023
This Excel course will cover the fundamentals of creating and managing worksheets, applying formulas and functions, and creating charts and objects. Participants will be proficient to address managing data, understanding advanced functions, and pivot tables. Upon successful completion, participants will have been exposed to skills needed to take the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Associate Certification Exam. For more information, click here.

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
January 16 - February 12, 2023
In Azure Fundamentals, you will gain the foundational knowledge of cloud services for a career in IT. This course is intended for non-technical candidates who want to understand the cloud-based solutions for offering services such as sales, purchasing, and marketing of cloud services. GenCyber Teacher Camp

GenCyber is a nationwide grant program funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the National Security Agency (NSA). With the intent of building excitement and awareness of this important field, GenCyber provides funding to programs so that they can introduce middle and high students and their teachers to the field of cybersecurity. Cybersecurity Bootcamp
March 7 - April 3, 2022
UC's Cybersecurity Boootcamps are designed for beginners and no knowledge of IT or cybersecurity is assumed. During these intensive bootcamps you will quickly go from entry-level information technology skills to intermediate cybersecurity skills. The camp aligns with the outcomes in the CompTIA Security+ certifications, and includes critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Early IT Summer Camp
June 7 - 18, 2021
The Early IT Summer Camp took place as a two-week, virtual day camp designed to give students a solid foundation in Information Technology including cybersecurity, software development, game development and simulations, data and cloud technologies. Students had the opportunity to experience hands-on learning of current technologies, work in groups to develop their own IT solutions, and learn from college professors and IT business leaders

Cybersecurity Awareness 8-Week Course
Begins April 26, 2021
Cybersecurity news is making headlines about cyberattacks that affect businesses and governments and assume it’s a problem for IT or law enforcement. Cybersecurity is an issue that affects everyone and with just a little bit of awareness, an everyday cybercitizen can make a big difference. This course will examine the current cybersecurity landscape and introduce you to common threats that you may encounter. Each week we will look at a different topic and discuss how it affects you and learn steps to take to become secure in your digital life.

Cybersecurity Bootcamp Training
April 12 - May 9, 2021
The Security+ Bootcamp is an intensive course in Information Technology Fundamentals and Cybersecurity. The camp is designed for beginners who can spend 30 hours per week on the course instruction, hands-on assignments, and discussions. The course began with foundational learning in Information Technology, networking, and cybersecurity required for the in-depth cybersecurity topics that will be covered in the latter part of the camp. The course outcomes are aligned to the CompTIA Security+ (SYO-501) professional certification exam objectives and align with employer needs. Knowledge gained in this course will prepare students for cybersecurity jobs such as Security Administrator, Security Analyst, or Security Specialist.

Networking Bootcamp Training

The Network+ Bootcamp is an intensive course in Information Technology Fundamentals and Computer Networking. The course began with foundational learning in Information Technology, networking, and cybersecurity required for the in-depth networking topics that will be covered in the latter part of the camp. The course outcomes are aligned to the CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) professional certification exam objectives and align with employer needs. Knowledge gained in this course will prepare students for IT Infrastructure jobs such as Network Field Engineer, Network Administrator, or Network Analyst. Concepts presented in this course will also prepare students for a better understanding of Cybersecurity knowledge and skills.

Cybersecurity Bootcamp

Work at your own pace online with assistance from LIVE panel sessions. No cost to Ohio residents once approved. Non-Ohio residents are eligible for a discount.

2nd Annual Cybersecurity Education Symposium

Actively collaborate with passionate, solution-minded educators, experts, and leaders from the Ohio Cybersecurity education ecosystem! Discussion topics include K-12 Cybersecurity Education, Higher Education Engagement, Workforce Development, Industry Training, Research, and the Ohio Cyber Range.
We have special, plenary sessions that are open to anyone who wishes to attend! The complete symposium, with access to break-out sessions, is open to OCRI partners, Ohio educators, and administrators, representatives from state cyber ranges, and regional cybersecurity education institutions.
